We help you to find the way to explore your inner self. The path to your own personal freedom, vitality and expansiveness. We explore your stable inner mountain with you and enable you to find it again and again and make it your home.
We offer short and long-term personal development and wellbeing programs, all with one goal: to help you to be simple – so that you can help others to be simple.
Training & further training of teachers
From 2024, we will be intensively building the inner framework of student teachers and teachers with our two educational programs “Being a mindful teacher” and “Being an essential teacher”.

Individual advice and process support
We offer individual counseling and process support for teachers and student teachers, who want to get to know themselves better. The practice supports you in strengthening your personal resources, being authentic and detached, exploring your inner freedom and making life decisions wisely.

We offer meditation retreats at Pauenhof e.V. (near Duisburg). Here you will be given tools to develop awareness and compassion, to activate resources, to work with emotions and to contemplate personal, essential questions of life.

Meditation groups
We offer a hybrid meditation group on Wednesdays from 9:00-9:45 a.m. during the lecture period (led by Maren Sauvant). Anyone who is interested in meditation can take part.
Research
We research educational processes.
- Empirical: We want to understand to what extent (e.g. the meditation training courses we offer) achieve effects and whether they trigger essential changes in participants.
- Theoretical-systematic: We are interested in the extent to which the concept of education needs to be rethought – especially in the direction of integrating physicality, awareness, shifts, interbeing and compassion. We believe that educational science and the German education system are too one-sidedly focused on rational, cognitive concepts.
- Conceptual development: One focus at the moment is the integration of SEE Learning®
in German schools. At the Vierte Aachener Gesamtschule, we are currently testing how teachers can be trained and professionally supported in order to initiate and accompany the emotional and social educational processes of pupils in particular.
Educational trips
Excursions to deepen personal development work and visit innovative school concepts on site and school cooperations can be initiated – this is exactly what we mean by educational trips. We are preparing a three-week excursion to Nepal for March 2024.
